No two clients have the same investment goals, financial requirements or views toward risk. Our proposals and analyses are tailored to each client's needs and circumstances.
All recommended alternatives are evaluated on both a facilities basis and an economic basis, and we clearly identify the full implications of the alternatives within the context of our client's goals and the market position of the property.
Once alternatives are identified and selected, we begin the development of comprehensive plans for going forward. We approach each situation with the question of "Where am I and where do I want to go?". We then propose a strategy and an operating plan that will chart a path from Point A to Point B with the minimum cost to our client at an appropriate level of business risk. We seek to bring our client from a state of uncertainty to a state of sufficient certainty to permit a rational decision or set of decisions to be made about their real estate needs and opportunities.
